Fast banana cupcakes with nuts. Prepare very simple, fly away in a
minute. Prepare at your leisure!
1.5 cups of flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/8 tsp. salt
2 egg whites
1 glass of crumpled bananas
3/4 cup sugar
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tsp lemon peel
1/4 cup of ground nuts
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Lubricate the cake pan with oil.
In a large bowl, mix the flour, baking powder and salt.
Separately lightly whip the whites. Add crushed bananas, sugar, butter
and lemon zest. Add to the flour, mix well.
Pour the nuts, mix until homogeneous. Fill the molds for cages with 2/3.
Stove for 20-25 minutes in a preheated oven.
