This cream turns out more gentle and less high-calorie, because, I
replace the part of butter with whipped cream.
250 g of butter
8 glasses of powdered sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. an extract of almonds
1 1/2 cup whipping cream
Mix butter with room temperature with a glass of powdered sugar,
vanilla and almond extract.
Whisk at medium speed, add the remaining powdered sugar, alternately with cream.
Beat until the mass becomes dense and uniform.
