Every afternoon needs a tasty cup of coffee and a delicious piece of cake. Preferably outside somewhere surrounded by an amazing nature and great weather highlighted by love of sunshine and a lovely breeze playing in the hair.
What if the afternoon cake-coffee time is joined by a person you truly care about and could enjoy one's company for hours...? Every little moment becomes even more valuable... And the cake? The Cake is definitely important and for this occasion it cannot be just a simple basic cake. I had to choose something more complex!
It is summer season out here and strawberries are all around the garden... For some more flavor, I used almond flour and finely chopped almonds. And the taste? Like a Heaven!!!
