Jengkol balado
Ingredients
250 gr jengkol
100 gr red curly pepper
7 cloves of red onion
to taste sugar
to taste chicken stock
Step
Boil jengkol until tender, peeled skin & halved.
Blend red peppers & red onions.
Saute the finer spices until tanak, put jengkol, give sugar & salt.
Cook until the spices soak.
Taste test then lift & enjoy with warm rice
