Lontong Mie Surabaya
Ingredients
1/2 kg of shrimp
1/2 kg of sprouts
Yellow noodles
Lontong * sy buy lontong so in the market
Fried tofu
Leek
Celery leaves
5 cloves of red onion
2 cloves of garlic
Sugar
Salt
Pepper powder
Soy sauce
Powdered broth
Fried garlic
Seasonings petis:
Prawn shrimp
3 Garlic puree
according to Cabe cayenne taste
Step
Clean shrimp .. skin need not in peeled .. divide into 2 parts. 1 for broth, and another for frying
Season the shrimp with salt and pepper powder .. let stand 10 minutes. Then fry until dry
Add the remaining shrimps blm fried into 500 ml of water and add leeks and celery leaves. Cook until boiling. Add salt sugar, pepper powder, and 1 pack of powdered broth. Add soy .. taste test
