Have you ever added lime to this recipe? Or do you find that the pineapple adds enough tang to this? Looks awesome btw :)

    I'm really not sure about lime... Lime was great with chicken though :D
    You are right, usually I cook pork with garlic mostly, smoked plums would be great too. I just wanted something different this time and it wasn't bad, so I shared this :D
