Material:
300 gr high protein flour

How to make:
1. Mix flour, sugar, milk powder, instant yeast, stir until blended. Then enter the smooth potatoes, pour the eggs and cold water / warm water, knead until smooth and half smooth.
2. Add butter and salt, knead it until it is elastic. Let stand for 15 minutes. Take the mixture, grind thinly about 1-1.5 cm. Lift and turn the mixture. Gently roll back.
3. Use a donut mold to form a hollow donut in the center. Gently lift and transfer to a flat base that has been sprinkled with flour. Do it on all the dough until it runs out. Wait for the dough to expand twice.
4. If it has expanded, prepare cooking oil (if it is solid oil) in the pan. Use cooking oil 1/2 or 3/4 surface of the skillet as much as oil. Turn on the stove over low heat, then fry the donuts when the oil is warm.
5. Lift, drain. Sprinkle sugar donuts, or decorate with chocolate (or according to taste). To decorate with chocolate, melt Dark Chohlate Cooking (can add a little margarine). Let the melting DCC stand for a while so it won't run too thin. then dip the donut into the melting DCC, remove the drain briefly, lift and turn. Melted DCC-coated donuts can be given more decoration with sprinkles according to taste.
