RECIPE
My style
Soak 3⁄4 cup sago in water
Heat on stove :
1 litre milk
Add 2 cinamon sticks
3 Elachi (cardomom) pods
Optional sultanas
When milk is getting hot add +- 1 cup broken up vermicelli
Keep on low heat keep stirring
Add the soaked sago
Add rose essence optional
1 teaspoon crushed Elachi (cardomom)
+- 1⁄4 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
Add 1 can evoporated milk
1 can nestle dessert cream
Keep stirring till it gets like thin custard
Add 1 can condensed milk
Keep on low
Stir to the consistency you require
Add almonds
NB: add sugar if u prefer instead of condensed milk
Enjoy hot or cold.
