INGREDIENTS
oil
carrots thin slices or grated
1 baby cabbage chopped
1 onion chopped
1 green pepper chopped
spring onions
1⁄2 packet spaghetti 9 boil as per instructions )
4 to 5 cloves garlic chopped or grated with small grater
small piece ginger grated with small grater
1 teaspoon chinese salt ( zeal )
1 teaspoon white pepper
2 tablespoon soya sauce
4 tablespoon maggies sweet sour sauce
dhania (coriander)
METHOD
In a wok add the a good amount of oil , add the garlic and ginger , get the aroma add the onions , carrots and peppers allow to soften about 5 minutes . now add in the cabbage and spring onions allow this to cook for 3 to 5 minutes do not soften the cabbage completely .
add the Chinese salt , pepper and sauces simmer for 1 minute ,
add the boiled spaghetti and dhania (coriander) and give it a nice toss .
serve immediately
