That vegan food is not boring at all, that is what I already found out. I’m amazed by the countless delicious dishes that passed by.

The following recipe is a good example of this. You put it on the table in no time and it is super nice. Also ideal to make when friends come to eat. Success guaranteed!

What do you need?

400 g kidney beans
400 g of chilibones
3 stalks of celery
3 medium sized onions
3 winter roots
200 g of corn
300 ml tomato passata
3 garlic pieces
pepper and salt
natural tortilla chips
1 tsp paprika powder
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin powder
And that's how you make it!

Cut the onions, carrots, celery and garlic into small pieces. Heat oil in a large frying pan and fry the onion with the paprika, chilli and cumin powder for 3 minutes. Now add the celery and carrots. Bake for 8 minutes over medium heat. Then add the tomato passata, corn and all the beans. Let it warm for another 5 minutes.

Spoon the chili sin carne into deep plates and garnish with the tortilla chips. The next day the chili is even better!

Variation tip: add some peppers and vary with beans, for example use black beans. Serve with a scoop of guacamole.
