Akara is a popular snack / side dish in Nigeria. It is made out of beans.

The skin of the beans is removed through washing. It is then ground into a smooth paste. Some other ingredients are added to give it flavour.

Salt
Onions
Grounded fresh or dry pepper
Blended Tomatoes (optional)

It put into hot oil in little mounds an you can see in the picture. When it is golden brown it is removed from the fire and ready to eat.

This yummy golden balls can go with bread and tea!

If you try to make it, let me know!!!!
