Today I decided to make super simple and easy choco vegan cake.🏡❣️
Ingredients:
- 170 grams of "00" flour;
- 30 grams of potato starch;
- 95 grams of bitter cocoa;
- 220 grams of brown sugar;
- 1 sachet of baking powder;
- A generous pinch of salt;
- half a glass of sunflower oil,
- 160 ml of soy milk
Preparation:
- Pour soy milk into a saucepan and heat without boiling it.
- Once hot, pour the brown sugar into the liquid and let it melt vigorously.
- Meanwhile mix the dry ingredients, cocoa flour, baking powder
- Now you just have to combine the dry ingredients with the liquid ones, then add oil and slowly all the milk, you can do it by hand or using a blender, so you avoid the annoying clumps, getting a nice smooth and creamy dough.
- Pour the mixture into the pan lined with parchment paper
- Lay the cake in a preheated oven at 180 ° for about 20 minutes, always test the toothpick to check the cooking level, when it is dry the cake is ready!
- Allow to cool and sprinkle the icing sugar surface.
The cake is ready, you can taste it with a hot herbal tea!
