Lutong bahay my fish in vinegar (isdang paksiw)

Featuring my main ingredients:

Fresh fish
Green pepper (sili espada)
Garlic
Onion
Ginger
Vinegar
Soy sauce
Salt
Seasoning

How to do this simple recipe, few steps:

Sliced and clean the fresh fish gently. After put it on the cooking pot.

Sliced the spices, the green pepper (sili espada) garlic, onion and the ginger.

Add the slice spices into the fish including all the ingredients and seasonings. Then put a little vinegar.

Add for about a 1/2 glass of water, then cover it.
Wait for at least 20 minutes cooking, inorder the fish was properly cook. Do not overcook the fish.

Then ready for serving.
