Documents Required:
- 300g fresh choy sum
- 2 garlic cloves (sliced)
- Cooking oil to taste
- Salt to taste
- Essence of Chicken (optional) Appropriate amount
- A pinch of water
Production Steps:
Wash Choy Sum: Put Choy Sum in clean water and rinse gently to remove mud and impurities to ensure it is clean. Then drain it with a drain basket.
Prepare garlic slices: Chop the garlic into thin slices to release the aroma during the sautéing process.
Heat the oil pan: Pour an appropriate amount of cooking oil into the wok, wait for the oil temperature to rise, add garlic slices, stir-fry over low heat until fragrant, be careful not to fry the paste.
Stir-fry choy sum: Put the drained choy sum into the pan and stir-fry quickly so that it is evenly coated with oil and garlic. Sauté for about 1-2 minutes until the choy sum is bright.
To taste: Add salt and chicken essence (if using) and continue to stir-fry evenly. A little water can be added in moderation to help the choy sum cook faster while maintaining its tender taste.
Serve on the pan: When the choy sum is bright in color and just fully cooked, quickly serve it on a plate to maintain a crisp and tender texture.
Enjoy the Food: This stir-fried choy sum has an attractive color and a refreshing taste, making it an ideal healthy side dish that goes well with rice or other main dishes.
