Ingredients
For the base:
-100 grams of butter
-100 grams of Leaching Flour
-40 grams of Corn Maize
-30 grams of impalpable sugar.
For the filling
-100 ml Passion fruit juice (more or less 4 Passion fruit)
-250 grams of cream cheese
-250 grams of milk cream
-1 Can condensed milk
-7 grams of unflavored gelatin
To decorate
-3 spoonfuls of passion fruit pulp
-2 tablespoons of sugar
-3 tablespoons of water
-2 tablespoons gelatin without flavor prepared
Preparation
-For the base: Beat the butter at room temperature with the flour, sugar and cornstarch to form a uniform and smooth dough.
Stretch with patience on the base of the mold, it should be a thickness of half a centimeter.
Take to a moderate oven, preheated, for approximately 15 minutes or until golden brown and set aside.
For the filling
-Vacuating the passion fruit process and then strain to extract the juice

For decoration
-Mix the pulp with seeds, sugar, water and gelatine without hydrated flavor until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
-Run inside the mold on the cold cream and return to the refrigerator, for at least 5 hours. If you can leave it until the next day, better!
