Cooking Recipe: Grilled Salmon

1 kilo Salmon
lemon or calamansi
Garlic (minced/grated)
Pepper
1/2 cup oyster or soy sauce
1/3 cup brown sugar
2tbs vegetable oil,

DIRECTIONS:

In a bowl combined all ingredients. Then marinate salmon for atleast 1hour.
Then prepare the griller.
And once you prepared all. It's time to grill the salmon..
Grill the salmon 3mins per side. Salmon is easily to cook..

FOR THE SAUCE..

Use the remaining marinated sauce of the salmon. Then heat to a pan and add water and a little of all purpose flour to make it thick..
And adjust the sauce according to your taste..

Then serve with a cup of hot rice.
