Yo, yo, yo.... yo, my peoples.

Tonight I drank this: IMG_20170709_201520.jpg
(6.9% alcohol)

It is a big Cincinnati hit, like our chili probably nobody will like it... Ha.

Anyway, It isn't about the beer. My question is... I drank beer... I am also eating this:IMG_20170709_205440.jpg
Yea it looks "burnt" but it was made as a "salmon burger" so I thought it was appropriate....

Raw it looked like this:

This was a different version of what is shown cooked. I cooked the same patty with cream cheese and spinach. This photo is with red pepper... I like it more!

Here are the ingredients:IMG_20170709_205632.jpg

Look as proof it wasn't burnet inside:

Am I healthy? I drank a 6 pack before eating sockeye salmon burgers and baked asparagus.

Was there butter involved? Yes.
Do asparagus and salmon have "anti-butter"... you decide.
