Basil pomodoro sauce - Recipe

Good Steemians today we are going to focus on a simple sauce that we can use to accompany all kinds of pasta. However, for this dish we recommend using Spaghettini or penne lisce. The recipe of the Pomodoro e Basilico combines many flavors and feelings.

Basilic pomodoro sauce

Ingredients:

  • 250 grs of well peeled and large tomatoes, previously in meripoix.
  • 150 grs of garlic cut into slabs or sliced.
  • 8 touches of olive oil.
  • 4 or 5 basil leaves cut with scissors.
  • 1 touch of chili powder.
  • 1 touch of white pepper.

Preparation:

  • Place the garlic filleted in the cauldron with the olive oil and sauté.
  • Then put the tomato until it wilts, then lower the heat and put the touch of chili powder.
  • Let the solid broth dry with water.
  • We add a little more olive oil.
  • Lower the heat and serve with spaghetti.
  • Finally we garnish with basil.
    (I recommend the pecorino cheese, accompanied by this sauce and the spaghetti will give a very unequaled flavor).
