Hola a todos, como todo día lunes, comienzo de la semana, pero con una variante, el cual este es diferente a los demás, lo digo diferente, por el solo hecho de que para el almuerzo de hoy, que mejor que alitas, a la olla, el cual consiste en colocar dicha olla en la hornalla de la cocina, cuando esta caliente, la misma ya esta lista para empezar a cocinar, o sea la alita.
Procedemos a cortar la cebolla en juliana, luego vertemos un poco de aceite a la olla y colocamos la cebolla cortada.
Bueno con dicha cebolla agregamos también, ajo, sal, comino, ají molido, todo estos ingredientes es para mas sabor a dichas alitas.
Así que lavamos muy bien las alitas, luego la trozamos en porciones, una ves que cortamos todo, lo vamos agregando en dicha olla.
Como verán en esta foto, las mesclamos muy bien con lo que habíamos agregado, o sea la cebolla y el ajo, bueno también los ingredientes.
Después de esto dejamos que se cocine bien todo, lo mesclamos muy bien y tapamos la olla, de esa manera, con el vapor que se forma en su interior, hace que la carne se cocine mejor y mas rápido, como lo vemos en la primera foto, que esta al comienzo del post.
De esta manera queda dicha comida antes mencionada, la cual la agregamos en el plato listo para ser degustada, la verdad muy sabroso todo.

After this we let everything cook well, we mix it very well and cover the pot, that way, with the steam that is formed inside, makes the meat cook better and faster, as we see in the first photo, which is at the beginning of the post.
In this way the aforementioned food remains, which we add on the plate ready to be tasted, the truth is very tasty everything.
