사람의 마음에가는 길은 위장을 통해서입니다.

This saying goes into my head today. I always give my best when I cook and make a dish. But sometimes, seems like our best is not good enough and rooms of improvement takes place.

I started to love cooking whe I was young. As far as I can remember, I was in my 2nd grade when I watch my Nanny make desserts. She would teach me things and always said that the secret to good dish is to give all your heart to it. I didn't understand her terms that time since I was all young and wild but now that I'm in my 30's I finally realized why she said that.

You can't be a good cook if you don't love cooking. And of course to be a good wife, one should first be a good cook. As they always said, that a way to a man's heart is through his stomach. :-)

  • 1 pack marinating sauce
  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp garlic chips
  • 1 tsp tamari soysauce
  • a pinch of salt
  • 5 tbsp chili flakes
  • 2 cups steamed rice

DIRECTIONS

  1. Marinate chicken and add chili flakes. Refrigerate for an hour.
  2. Prepare your grilling machine. And start grilling the chicken make sure to not burn it too much by applying a generous amount of vegetable oil on the chicken using a sauce brush.
  3. Meanwhile make your fried rice. Add oil in the pan. Once hot, add garlic chips, chili flakes, salt and tamari soy sauce. Mix well and add steamed rice. Stir until combined for 3 minutes.
  4. Once Chicken is golden brown, remove from grilling machine. Serve hot and top with chili flakes.

Watch More of My Recipe VIDEOS!

I have to be honest with you guys. I don't really call it vain but I am just addicted to watch my food videos. It feels like a meditation for me. It is basically the sound and art in the kitchen. The sound of the fork, the spoon, the knife, the cutting board, the water, the mixing, the squeezing, the blending and everything in it sounds like in a grand symphony: a kitchen live music. For me, it is just sooo soothing. It's the reason why I put audio on my videos so you guys can experience a different way to watch too. So I wanna share with you some of videos here:
