"Bacalhau à Zé do Pipo" conhecem? É um prato tradicional do norte de Portugal. Parece complicado mas não é. Normalmente é frito mas nós fazemos no forno.

Fazer uma cama com bastante cebola, alho, pimento, colocar as postas de bacalhau e regar com bastante azeite, se quiser pode por um pouco de vinho branco (opcional) e levar ao forno até assar o bacalhau. Fazer um puré de couve flor. Num tabuleiro colocar o bacalhau juntamente com a cama feita anteriormente, o puré, maionese de azeite em cima do bacalhau. E levar novamente ao forno a gratinar.

Muito simples e saboroso!

Hello everyone!
"Bacalhau à Zé do Pipo" do you know? It is a traditional dish from the north of Portugal. Sounds complicated but it is not. Usually it's fried but we make it in the oven.

Make a bed with plenty of onion, garlic, pepper, put the cod slices and water with plenty of olive oil, if you want you can put a little white wine (optional) and bake the baked codfish. Make a cauliflower puree. In a tray put the cod together with the bed made previously, the puree, mayonnaise of olive oil on top of the codfish. And bring it back to the oven to brown.

Very simple and tasty!
