How are they used?

  1. Crude - the best.
  2. Sok - 100% Goji juice without added sugar or color.
  3. Tea - Goji berries can be used to prepare tea.
    You can add the Goji berries to a large glass of hot or cold water (or herbal teas) and let it for 5 to 10 minutes.
    They become full and succulent.
    You can drink tea and eat hydrated berries.
  4. Smoothie - Hold the goji berry in water for 10 minutes. And mix.
  5. Cereals - just like raisins, add in hot or cold cereals in the morning.
  6. Muffins and Cookies: Add goji berries to cake.
  7. Goji Energy Bars: Mix goji fruits together with a glass of walnuts, ½ cup almonds, 5-6 dates and a little water.
    Make balls and bake as desired.
    This is the usual use of goji berries in Chinese cuisine for thousands of years.

When buying, care should be taken as some products contain sulphites.
