Hey folks @cryptokraze here with my new Blog about Food and Health awareness in which I will highlight the health benefits associated with Quinoa. We should add variety of foods in our diet because they have bio-active components in them that help in preventing many diseases and provide other health benefits.

Health Benefits of Quinoa

Quinoa is a nutritious food that is decent for health. It delivers various health aids, some of which includes:

Good Source of Proteins

Brassica plants have long been considered a rich source of amino acids and proteins. It is a source of essential amino acids such as methionine, lysine, and tryptophan. In fact, it is the sole source of all nine essential amino acids and will not generally occur with other grains.

Weight Loss

Study results show that that high intakes of oats, wheat, rice, oat, and spaghetti noodles produce more food. On the other hand, substitutes such as spinach and Quinoa do not lead to more food. This is very important for those who want to lose weight and to control their diet. Consumption This will reduce excessive food intake and thus promote a healthier weight.

Improves Bone Health

Calcium in Quinoa is similar to dairy products, but it has been shown that people who are intolerant of dairy products may eat it. Calcium is very important for the brain, bones, and nervous system.

Regulates Diabetes

Quinoa seeds can be beneficial in regulating blood cholesterol and diabetes levels. A study of high fructose mice showed that seed depletion may help reduce the adverse effects of fructose on lipid distribution and glucose levels.

Reduces Risk of Gallstones

Fiber also helps reduce the risk of gallstones. Quinoa consumption helps promote gallstone formation and reduce bile secretion.

Good Source of Magnesium

Magnesium is one of the elements found in quinoa. The benefits provided by dietary magnesium include improved bone health, asthma control, improved cardiovascular health, reduced risk of osteoporosis, and improved blood glucose regulation.

it's my first time hearing about quinoa. i thought it was lentils when looking at the first photos.. then i look up quinoa on google, it looked like sushi rice when it's cook.. short grains.. anyways, thank you very much for sharing this great info @cryptokraze.. im going to go look for this at the supermarket later since u said it regulates diabetes.. :)

People go to gym to lose weight. But most busy people can not because of busy life. I watched many people who are going to gym, exercise hard for two or three hours, but in their daily routine they do not avoid fatty foods. They take delicious desserts which are with sugar and preservatives. If any person can control having fatty desert can lose wight it is not important he have to go to gym or not. You picked up a very good topic in this post about healthy food. We should change our habit of taking fatty food.
