I've dabbled for years with healthy eating. Fully raw, vegan, vegetarian, meat eater. I swear I've done it all. Not for weight loss but because I know, that healthy eating keeps our bodies healthy. I'm all about keeping my body healthy but I'm also lazy 😂. Sometimes eating healthy is so much work! I also get incredibly bored with food so I will try new things. Smoothies are my go to but I've recently discovered "Buddha Bowls". You can be so creative and add whatever you want.

This is my favorite bowl I made a few weeks ago.
Quinoa, Avocado, Sweet Potatoes, Chicked Peas, Purple Cabbage topped with garlic hummus.
