Cinnamon Pumpkin Pie and Frozen Lakes

in food •  8 years ago  (edited)

Hello Steemians!

Yesterday I made a awesome pumpkin pie and then I when on a small trip to the town near me Limanu.

For the pie I used the following ingredients:

  • sugar (about 150 grams)
  • powdered sugar
  • pumkin
  • cinnamon (2 tablespoons)
  • apple
  • pie sheets

  • sunflower oil

We start by mixing the pumpin core with the sugar and cinnamon

Now put little bit of sunflower oil on the pie sheet and then put the mix inside of it and then you roll it. On top you put the slices of apple.

Now after you roll the mix prepare your pan by putting little bit of oil inside of it and put it in the oven for about 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes just take out the pie and put little bit of powdered sugar over it

After I took a piece of pie I went on a trip with my friends and we caught this view.

That was a small lake that started to un-freeze because the temperatures are rising .

Aannd... BOOM I am done for today!

I will check the contest and I hope I can enter...I wanted to enter last week too but..I could not do to some problems.
One of those are that for the moment I did not yeat build my own house so I have to share the kitchen and when I enter for my "magic" to happen I need to be alone....Uf look at me sounding like a chef ...
To keep it short: I love the contest and I will do my best to participate if not I will get them next time for sure.

@cynetyc sure sure, just when you are free of course

You are a very creative cook! Your pies look perfect for taking on a hike! Easy to carry and easy to eat.

Thank you @haphazard-hstead ! I watched my mother making this recipe many times when I was a child and I liked it very much, but back in the day (the 90s) we had to make the sheets too and that took some time and extra effort . Now it is easy just buy some pie sheets , make your mix and put it in an oven and BOOM -magic happens-

Some things in life have gotten easier, haven't they? Pie crusts from the store sure helps the cook these days! Here's to pumpkins, pie crusts, and BOOM - pies! ;D

I have to do it! Thanks for the recipe!

Thank you @oktavianorlov I am glad that you loved it!
