Veggie Packed Chili Garlic Noodles
This was made with simple ingredients like soba noodles, String Beans, Carrots, Corn and a variety of Asian flavors that came together tasting like a chili Szechuan Sauce, the taste was excellent but I had some problems cooking the noodles.
I tried it on two different batches -
The first batch I followed directions on the pack (I used the Roland Brand Soba Noodles) and boiled it for 3 minutes then rinse in cold water.
I don’t know if I didn’t time it correctly but the noodles were very over cooked
The second batch I timed it exactly as 3 minutes and it came out okay but I think it could have been cooked for a few seconds longer.
Do you guys have any tips on cooking soba noodles? Please share them with us!
