Interesting remarks about the taste. Didn't think that.
But isn't it a bit risky to eat raw meat in, well, a 3rd world country?

    You just have to wash it down with some good beer. I suggest Walia or St. George. Also, the beef is super lean and fresh which I think cuts down on parasites.

      Yeah there are health risk. Especially with the chance to develop parasites such as worms etc.
      But when your in Rome... LOL. I like to try new things at least once.
