各式材料准备。
干猴头菇用温水泡发,中途换水3回,换水的时候要挤干水份再添水。
土鸡剁小块,加入料酒焯水。
焯水好的鸡肉,在流动的水下洗净沥水。
电炖锅中加入切好的姜片,焯水的鸡肉,及泡发好的猴头菇。
加热水没过食材。
接通电源,炖2个小时。
玉米洗净剁块,枸杞子冲洗浮尘。
2小时后加入玉米。
再30分钟后加入枸杞子,加盐焖炖5分钟,即可享用了。
烹饪技巧
1:干猴头菇一定要泡透实。泡的时候勤换水,每回需挤干水份后再泡,可以清除涩味。
2:焯水好的鸡肉,在流动的水下多冲洗,可洗掉一部分的油质, 成品才不会很油腻。
3:猴头菇,土鸡的味道本身都很鲜美,调味只需加入盐,就更加清甜味美了。
