If you have ripe bananas at home and don’t know what to do with them, this banana bread recipe is the perfect solution. Soft, sweet, and with an irresistible homemade touch.

Ingredients:
- 3 ripe bananas
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, mash the bananas until you get a smooth puree.
- Add the eggs, brown sugar, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
- In another bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
- Gradually incorporate the dry ingredients into the banana mixture, stirring gently until fully combined.
- If desired, add the chopped walnuts and mix gently.
