Certainly not professional shots (I snapped these just as they were headed out the door!) but a good look at a unique piece of southeastern Italian cuisine.

Any guesses what’s inside?

Spinach and eggplant lovers rejoice! These are two of our most popular puccias. Sautéed spinach over a bed of melted cheese on the near side (with cherry tomatoes on request!), and our hand prepared eggplant on mozzarella with homemade marinara on the far side.

Delectable, irresistible. Buon appetito!
