MATERIAL
Lean meat: 500 gr
Pork: 300 gr
Salt: 10 gr
Noodles: 1 teaspoon
Fish sauce: 1 teaspoon
Pepper: 1/2 teaspoon
Chilli: 1 fruit
Garlic: 3 bulbs
Sugar cane puree: 1 teaspoon of coffee
Rice bran: 30 gr
Leaves: 1 small handles
Banana leaf, food wrap.
MAKING
Step 1: Prepare raw materials
First, the mothers took the pork rinse, dry very dry, cut the cubes, split 2-3 into the wrap (to fit a blender). Then put on the freezer for about 1 hour.
Remove the meat from the refrigerator and place it in the blender. Blend until smooth. After finishing, put the meat in thinly wrapped, then put in the freezer for about 30 minutes to return the cold meat.

With garlic peeled clean, washed over and then divided into two parts. Chopped finely chopped, thinly sliced. Chillies are washed, seeded and then sliced as garlic.
Step 2: Mix the mixture.
After preparing the ingredients as in step 1, mothers prepare a large bowl. After that, put the whole bowl of grilled meat, pork with spices such as salt, noodles, fish sauce, pepper, puree sugar, chopped garlic and rice bran.
Finish, mix the star thoroughly and then incubate for 15 minutes to mix well and spice up.
Step 3: Conduct the roll.
After incubation, the mother used a spoon to mix the nem once again for real. Next, spread out the food wrapper, fold up a few slices of garlic, chili and leaves nail and then a little mixture of rolls.
Finish, gently roll the nemchua back into the desired shape, be it square, round, rectangular, triangular or traditional long bars. Finally, wrap the banana leaf outside.
