Today I am going to disuss about the Flavored Milk preparing.Guys many children like milk,But this is different because this is flavored milk. Those children does not like milk gave them this product and surely they like it. Today I will share the method of flavored milk preparing.First of all I consider it proper to explain on you what is flavored milk?
"Flavored Milk":
Flavored milk is the milk in which some flavor and color had been added to make it more palatable.Flavored milk should contain milk fat equal to the minimum legal requirement. Now a days we can find a variety of flavored milk in market i-e chocolate flavored milk ,fruit flavored milk and sterilized flavored milk.

There are many types of flavored milk. But the most important types are mentioned...

It all was about the Flavored Milk and Types of it.Now I shall like to start manufacturing of Flavored Milk. As I am a student of "Food Processing and Preservation Technology,"I have experienced the manufacturing of Flavored Milk.I want to share my this experience to my steemit family members....
Here the recipe of flavored milk:
Recipe
"Ingredients----------------"Quantity"
sugar-------------------------1/2
cocoa powder---------------1.5%
stabilizer---------------------0.05%
milk-------------------------4 kg
chocolate-----------------1pcs
soya lecithin-------------1.5gm
artificial flavor-----------0.01%
"Procedure Steps":
1)" Checking the quality of raw milk":
Quality of raw milk is check through different tests. Physical test, chemical test and adulteration tests are preformed to check quality of raw milk. The raw milk is selected for flavored is" A " grade.
- "Weighing of ingredients":
All the ingredients are weighted according ti the standard. We will add 1.5% cocoa powder, 0.05% stabilizer. - "Heating of milk":
The standard milk is taken into the jug and heated the milk. Sugar is added at the rate of 7% and dissolved it completely. - "Homogenization":
The flavored milk is homogenized at the 100 bars. After homogenization we checked homogenization of flavored milk with the help of homogenization efficiency test. This process is use in industry.

Milk is pasteurized at the temperature of 80 C for 15--20 minutes and then cooled the milk.

We will add 0.01% chocolate flavor. After this we will pack the flavored milk into the sterilized glass bottles.
The flavor milk is ready and enjoy with chocolate flavored milk.
