Wow, that's amazing. I knew about hops and beer, but eating the shoots looks like a lot of fun. I would definitely eat those. Can you mail me some pickled ones? Ok, might be easier to grow my own. Thanks for the cool look at a new food. I agree too, it would be fun to have those as bar food. Maybe you will start something here....

I ate all my pickled hop shoots. I go to take out a few from the jar, to put by a sandwich -- and then I keep eating them, they are so good, lol! I need to make a bout 10 times as many. That means I need to grow more hops! :D
