How do you eat your kiwi fruits? I cut mine in half then scoop out the flesh like a boiled egg.

I know they have masses of vitamin C, but what else makes them a good choice? Well, I better research it.

  • The first thing I found out is that kiwis are rich in fibre. I wasn't surprised about this really because you can see all those seeds.

  • A kiwi a day provides all your vitamin C needs. That's good for your immune system so, hopefully, you'll fight off those bugs better.

  • Kiwis can help with high blood pressure but you need to eat about 3 a day. That's good because lowering blood pressure reduces the risk of strokes and heart attacks.

  • Kiwis also reduce the danger of blood clotting. They reduce the amount of fat in your blood. Eating 2 or 3 kiwis a day has a similar effect to a daily dose of aspirin.
