Premium European Kiwi
How do you eat your kiwi fruits? I cut mine in half then scoop out the flesh like a boiled egg.
I know they have masses of vitamin C, but what else makes them a good choice? Well, I better research it.
The first thing I found out is that kiwis are rich in fibre. I wasn't surprised about this really because you can see all those seeds.
A kiwi a day provides all your vitamin C needs. That's good for your immune system so, hopefully, you'll fight off those bugs better.
Kiwis can help with high blood pressure but you need to eat about 3 a day. That's good because lowering blood pressure reduces the risk of strokes and heart attacks.
Kiwis also reduce the danger of blood clotting. They reduce the amount of fat in your blood. Eating 2 or 3 kiwis a day has a similar effect to a daily dose of aspirin.
