Ingredients:
- 150 g water
- Gelatin 10 g
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon of citric acid
- 0.5 teaspoons of soda
Cooking method:
- Soak gelatin for 1 hour in 70 g of water.
- In deep pan pour a 80 g of water and fill with sugar. Bring to a boil over medium heat and boil 5 minutes.
- Pour in the swollen gelatin and we dissolve it without bringing the syrup to a boil.
- Remove the syrup off the fire and stir with a mixer for 10 minutes.
- Add the citric acid and stir for 5 minutes.
- Add the baking soda and stir another 4 minutes. The finished mass should get thick and increase in volume.
- The finished mass spread on a baking sheet wetted of water using a confectionery syringe or a tablespoon. Leave for 1.5 hours, so that the mass dried out. Then connect 2 things and collapses marshmallow by a comfortable in powdered sugar, if desired, you can sprinkle on top grated chocolate.
