Moong - 1 Cup
Raw rice - 1/2 cup
salt to taste
Ginger 1
Green chili - 2
Cumin seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
Pearl Onion - 6
For topping
Onion - 2 (Large)
Green coriander - 2 tbsp

Finely chop onions and green coriander and mix well. Sprinkle mung dal and rice for 5 to 6 hours and grind out other ingredient mixes and make paste (cucumber).

Now let the tawa warm and then spread the khoya, when one side becomes well cooked then turn it on and the other side will also cook until it is well Crisp.
