Pempek is one of our authentic fish cake that came from Palembang, South Sumatra.
It had egg inside as its' filling. It had savory flavour with crunchy soft texture and it served with cuko, dark sauce which made mainly from vinegar which brough sweet, sour and a bit spicy flavour to pempek.
