This delicious array of fresh fruit was displayed in our local supermarket.

I love bananas as they are packaged so nicely too! Great to eat instead of sweets, for kids.

Plenty of calcium and magnesium, for optimum health. These vitamins are good for teeth , skin, mental alertness and maintains other functions in the body.

Lots of vitamins and fibre help to ward off disease and keep one healthy. I love introducing fruit into our menu, as much as I can.

Coleslaw has cabbage and apple with some carrots and walnuts added. A mixture of fruit and veggies in their raw form.

You can include fruit in -

Fruit salad for breakfast or dessert

Snacks for kids in their lunch boxes

Added to cold meat platters for lunch

Making fruit fondue and dips.

Spiking them on toothpicks for parties e.g. watermelon

I love the way the watermelon has been used with the prawn platter. The skewers of watermelon look so festive in a scooped out one. It even has legs too.

Add fruit to your menu in a myriad of ways, to add nutrients and delicious health. Eating more fresh fruit and vegetables is a choice..soon you can't live without them!
