Broccoli Recipe of Black Pepper

Hello steemian friends,
I will share a recipe that is full of nutrients and certainly very good, especially for vegetarians. My recipe this time is about vegetables that are broccoli and carrots are combined with tempeh is rich in vegetable protein.
The benefits of broccoli proved to be very much for the health of the eyes and nerves and reduce blood pressure. Besides high calcium and vitamin K content makes vegetable broccoli is also very good for bone health. Broccoli is also very good for skin health.
While carrots contain a lot of beta-carotene, namely vitamin A, nutrients needed by the eye. This compound can not cure blindness, but can improve eye conditions due to vitamin A deficiency. Its antioxidant properties can prevent cataracts and macular degeneration that often afflicts the elderly.
Tempeh is a food made from fermentation to soybeans or some other ingredients that use some kind of nuts. A piece of fried tempeh (50 grams) is enough to improve the nutritive quality of 200 g of rice. 

 
Ingredients: 

 1. 300 grams of broccoli
2. 250 grams of carrots
3. 1 tempe board
4 1 egg (boiled first, if like)
5. 1 grain of tomato sliced ​​lengthwise
6. Oyster sauce to taste
7. soy sauce to taste
8. flavorings (if liked)
9. red and cayenne pepper (sliced)

 Ground Spices:
1. 6 onion cloves
2. 8 cloves of garlic
3.1 teaspoon black pepper

 

How to make:
1. Wash the broccoli, and carrots, then cut into chunks

 

2. Cut tempe according to taste

 

3. Prepare fine spices, milled onion and garlic. Iris red chili and cayenne pepper.

 
4. Stir fry until smooth, add slices of chilli. 

 

5. Add enough water, then input tempe

 

6. Wait and wait for a while, then enter the carrot, then enter the broccoli. Stir, flavored input, add salt, sugar, and flavoring (if like), tomato input, wait until broccoli and carrots cooked (not too cooked, because the nutrients of broccoli and carrots can be lost).

 7. Pick up, pour into a dish, or bowl. Peel the hard-boiled egg. Divide the two, then put on a plate or
the bowl. Broccoli black pepper ready to serve .
