Ingredients

  • Fresh Organic Carrots
  • Fresh Garlic
  • Crushed Red Peppers
  • Brine

Directions

Peel carrots and slice with a mandolin. Add peeled whole garlic clove into the jar along with the crushed red pepper.

Pour brine over the vegetables, top with a weight, and let sit out of direct sunlight for 5 to 10 days

Fermentation Time:

5 – 10 Days
