These sweets are so populair in Brazil and so yummie. And so easy to make. Well depends if you are just making one recipe or for a whole party.
It looks also so cute on your table.

You will be needing not a lot.

-1 can condens milk
-30 gr dairy butter (if I have it correct...it's more creamy then butter)
-3 to 4 spoons Nesquick (you can use cacao like I did but you have to stir it really well or you will get chunky cacao balls in it)
-Chocolate Sprinkles

Melt the butter on a low fire. Put the condens milk and turn the fire a little bit up. Keep stirring and really don't stop!
Then put the cacao or Nesquick in it and keep stirring untill you see the bottom of the pan (see pic).
When it's really thick let it cool down.
I don't like taking it out of the pan but if you want to punt it on a plate. But grease the plate first with some butter.

When it's all cooled down grease your hands with a a bit of butter and make balls of them. The size you can deside.
If you want more chocoballs make them small ;)
Happy with your chocolate ball drop it in a bowl full of chocolate sprinkles and put them on a clean plate.

When you are all finished put it in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
And enjoyyyyyyyyyyyyy this little piece of heaven on earth :p

Have a great night!!!
Hugs!

Ooooh 1 tip!! When you are finished making all the brigadeiro balls please put water into the pan and leave it for a while. Cause if you start cleaning right away it will take you so long!!!

pics were made with my Samsung 5Neo
