Radish and Pineapple are not typical Mexican food staples. Better off going to Chipotle in MN. I was born in MN and live in South Texas where every other restaurant is Mexican. Wise man told me you judge a Mexican restaurant by their cheese enchiladas. I do that as well as by the taste of the hottest chips and salsa and jalapenos served.
