## Bahan yang diperlukan

85 gram tepung terigu
285 gram tepung terigu
2 butir telur
1 sdt baking powder
1/2 sdm gula
1/4 sdt garam
70 gram margarin
100 ml air


## Cara Membuat:

Masak margarin, garam, gula dan air sampai mendidih, angkat dan sisihkan.
Masukkan tepung terigu ke dalam wadah, masukkan margarin, aduk hingga kalis.
Masukkan telur satu per satu sambil dikocok rata, tambahkan baking powder, aduk rata.
Masukkan adonan ke dalam plastik segitiga, spuitkan di atas piring.
Bulatkan adonan dengan tangan yang sudah diolesi minyak agar tak lengket.
Panaskan minyak dan goreng adonan sampai mekar dan kuning kecoklatan.
Angkat dan tiriskan.
Adonan soes bisa diisi dengan vla atau isian lain sesuai selera.


# Necessary materials

## How to make:

Cook margarine, salt, sugar and water until boiling, remove and set aside.

Round dough with hand that has been smeared oil not sticky.
Heat the oil and fry the dough until it blooms and is brownish yellow.
Lift and drain.
Dough soes can be filled with vla or other stuffing according to taste.
