Healthy PROTEIN PACKED Chicken Recipe!!!

Today I would like to share a SUPER easy chicken recipe with you. Usually when people think about eating "healthy" they think about plain, boring, and tasteless food. Well, guess what? This is not always the case, here is one of my favorite chicken recipes which only takes about 3 minutes to prepare from start to finish! Hope you enjoy!!!

Ingredients:

8-12 oz Chicken Breast (Boneless, Skinless)
1tsp- Honey
1tsp -Orange Juice
1tsp- Lemon Juice

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 375F.
  2. Combine both juices and honey in a bowl and spread over the chicken.
  3. Place chicken in a pan and cover, bake for 15 minutes.
  4. Flip chicken and bake for another 10 minutes.
  5. To complete the meal, add rice/beans/vegetables of your choice!!
