Benefits of Sassy water:

  • Ginger is very useful for calming down your gastrointestinal tract and it's proved cancer fighter
  • Cucumber is a nutritive diuretic
  • Lemon and lemon water are perfect for the weight loss process
  • Mint is good for your nerve system to inhale this relaxing aroma
  • Ingredients:

    • 2 liters or 8 ½ cups of fresh water
    • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger
    • 1 medium cucumber
    • 1 medium lemon
    • Mint leaves (optional)
    • Instructions:

      1. Wash the cucumber and lemon before slicing
      2. Pour the water into a pitcher or large jug
      3. Add the ingredients
      4. Cover the pitcher and place in the refrigerator,leave orvernight to infuse the flavors
      5. Drink the water the next day
