If you love salads you know how big difference a good salad dressing can make :)
You are aware of the fact that your salad is only as healthy as the dressing you put on it, right?
You can gain extra health benefits from your dressing if you use spices or healthy cooking oils.
For example, if you use extra virgin olive oil you enhance the salad with healthy fats.
In this post, I will share with you the recipe for simple salad dressing. It's really easy to make, you will need only 2 minutes. Later on, you can use this recipe as a base for other salad dressings.

For this simple salad dressing you will need:
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- Salt & pepper
- Add all of the ingredients in a small bowl and mix.
Instructions:
You can use it immediately or put in the fridge and use it as needed. Hope you will enjoy your new salad taste.
P.S. sometimes I add ginger, honey, garlic, rosemary, lemon or even orange juice, but more details on variations some other time :)
