Dear friends of steemit today I bring you a very tasty Venezuelan recipe based on corn and meat, it is about the "Bollos pelones" below I show you.

for this recipe we will need ...

Ingredients for the dough

  • yellow corn flour
  • a plantains
  • water 
  • salt

Ingredients for the stuffing

  • ground beef
  • ground pork
  • green or red pepper
  • onion
  • oregano
  • cumin
  • tomatoes
  • salt and pepper
  • vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Knead the corn with the plantain, the dough should not be too soft or too hard. Reserve

  1. Prepare the filling in a cauldron, fry the pork meat, the beef and the finely chopped vegetables.
  2. When ready, reserve and cool.
  3. Assemble balls as I show you in the photos.

  1. Wrap in foil and cook approximately 10 minutes in boiling water.

  1. Take them out and serve them with a tomato-based sauce of your choice, the one you like best.
