these delicious "Timbas" was christened as the place where I live
ice cream sold in "La Conchita" the owner of the place
Don Ricardo Ek Canul started this business over 30 years ago, so
their slush and crushed have become a local tradition
I managed to collect fame throughout the state of Yucatan.
Many have questioned if you have any secret however don ricardo
states that does not exist and that anyone can do and no doubt always
who ask to share his recipe.

Ingredients
To prepare the timba banana, banana with corn and banana with strawberry:
fruits are crushed in a glass; then the ice is added,
condensed milk, horchata and vanilla.
