Banana Nugget

Material:
500 gr of ripe banana, mashed
100 gr wheat flour
30 gr milk powder
15 grams of Sand Sand
2 eggs, shake off
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 tsp vanilla
Dyestuffs:
50 gr wheat flour
2 eggs, shake off
flour panir sufficiently
How to make:

  1. Mix all ingredients together, mix well.
  2. Pour into a 20x10 baking dish, which has been baked paper or oiled.
  3. Steam for 25 minutes, chill and then cut to taste.
  4. Dip into the flour, then the egg, and then flour with panir flour.
  5. Heat the cooking oil and then fry until the color is brownish yellow.
  6. Ready served with various toppings according to taste .. ..

    Note:
  7. What can a banana do, as long as your ripe and sweet rich. I use banana kepok that already mature really.
  8. Stir the dough do not overmix, so nuggets are not too dense / hard.
  9. If not immediately fried, nugget which has been flour panir flour, can be packed with a closed container, stored in the freezer, can hold up to 1-3 months.
