How To Make Bacon (Original for Steemit) 腊肉

When the winter comes, the Chinese people like to make bacon, there are many method to make bacon, a simple directly with salt,Pepper, wine,pickle about a week,When the weather is fine dry,the meat can be stored for a long time,In China's Hunan, Guizhou, there are a number of mountain people like smoked meat, smoked meat fried bamboo shoots are very delicious



Our people here are not the same way and Hunan people, meat curing a week, and then charcoal grilled, while baking side brush oil. This is my shot a few photos, is making bacon, do not drool:)









It takes about 10 days from fresh meat to bacon meat

中国人喜欢在寒冷冬天制作腊肉,制作腊肉有许多方法,简单点直接用盐,花椒,酒腌制一周时间,遇到天气晴好,晒干就好,在中国的湖南,贵州,还有一些山区的人们喜欢烟熏肉,烟熏肉炒竹笋非常好吃,在我们这里也变得很受欢迎,我们这里的人用的方法和湖南人不一样,肉腌制一周时间,再用炭火烤,边烤边刷油. 这是我拍的几张照片,正在制作腊肉,别流口水哦! 在世界上其它地方,应该有许多人喜欢制作腊肉,这不仅仅是中国人的爱好吧 :)
